Placing an order with Hotel Cosmetics & Decor is easy! Simply browse our online shop, select the Minimum Order Quantity which is in the description of the products you want, and click "Add to Cart." Once you've finished shopping, click on your cart icon in the upper right corner, review your items, and proceed to checkout. If you are a company, kindly provide your company's VAT number and details. After that, our Customer Support Team will contact you by email to confirm your order and to inform you about the delivery process.

  • Question 2: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a bank transfer payment method. The payment should be made in EURO. Rest assured that your payment information is kept secure and confidential.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your items. We'll provide you with return instructions and process your refund or exchange once we receive the returned products.
